On flights with KLM, a trained and experienced horse attendant or groom who is employed by the airline accompanies the horse. Moreover, in particular cases the client has the possibility to have a container accompanied by one additional person of his/her choice.
No other airline has their own flying grooms and we strongly suggest that you book at least one of our English "professional flying grooms" per transport with these airlines.
